While it troubles me to hear that this RIF was off the radar of those who would then presumably be the early adopters -- am hoping that is not a trend, but rather an exception, as it would run against at least what I know about diffusion of innovation -- it was off of my radar as well; I like the sounds of the flexibility here for a number of reasons, including simplicity and scaling. Hope it works as you describe. Thanks for the heads up from @ivan_herman
