Nico,

thanks, I guess:-)

When I write a blog in Hungarian, it is exclusively on a strictly Hungarian issue that, even if it was in English, most people would not understand anyway… I always categorize these entries with the “Magyar bejegyzések” category:-). Ideally, I should keep up a completely separate blog for those, and I may well do that at some point (after all, setting up a new blog by wordpress is pretty easy).

To prove this, let me give a very quick (and imperfect) translation of this blog item. I wonder whether it would be interesting to you.

“Some related news…

Articles in the on line edition of the Népszabadság today: the Hungarian Guard will accept 600 new members; there is a reference in that article that the kuruc.info calls for a blockade of the bridges; and finally the excellent article of Mária Ormos on takeover anniversary of the arrow cross movement. It is a bit terrifying to read the article of Mária Ormos in view of the first two news items.

Another news, although not from today: Sky Europe airline has decided to move out of Budapest. It isn't good business for them: there aren't enough travelers to Budapest (and it seems that the hotels in Budapest are complaining, too). And, in my view, these things are related: with the news above, but also with the whole uncertainty in Hungary, the ongoing internal fights, violence, hidden antisemitism (not even that hidden; books are sold in Budapest on public places that the market here in the Netherlands has long driven away), etc, why would a Dutch, Belgian or French person choose to go there, possibly invest, do business? There are other, much more harmonious places…”

Hi Ivan,
my request is certainly a little bit unusual but is that possible to always blog in English ? :p
Like others readers, I don't understand Hungarian while your posts are very interesting.
Maybe aren't they when they are written in Hungarian, but we don't know.
Thanks a lot.

Nico

Sorry for my English, I'm French.
